2018 Panetta Institute Survey Finds College Students Financially Stressed, Worried About Their Country and Focused on Mid-Term Election
In its 2018 survey of college students, conducted for The Panetta Institute for Public Policy found that interest in the year’s mid-term elections is running unusually high on campus, as students expressed record levels of dismay about the direction of the country and anxiety about their personal finances. The number of college students who feel the nation is off on the wrong track matches last year’s low of 61%, with only 39% saying we are headed in the right direction.
